Yi-King Do, also known as ViệtNam Thái Cực Quyền, is a traditional martial art originating in Vietnam.
Yi-King Do is part of the French Federation of Karate and Associated Disciplines (FFKDA)

- A variety of physical techniques: Yi-King Do encompasses a wide range of techniques, including kicks, punches, shin strikes, elbow strikes, knee strikes, scissor kicks, throws and locks, as well as self-defence work. - Essence of ancient martial arts: The Yi-King Do style draws its essence from ancient martial arts and adapts its footwork, punching and weapon techniques to modern European physiques.
- Physical and mental impact: The practice of Yi-King Do has an effect on both the practitioner’s physical and mental condition. The physical training frees the body from its constraints, whilst the mental training strengthens inner strength and self-confidence.
