Welcome to the Yi-King Do website - ViệtNam Thái Cực Quyền
Yi-King Do, also known as ViệtNam Thái Cực Quyền, is a traditional martial art originating in Vietnam.
Some information about it:
- Varied body techniques: Yi-King Do encompasses a wide range of techniques, including kicks, fists, shins, elbows, knees, scissors, throws and keys as well as self-defence work. It also incorporates the use of weapons such as the stick, nunchaku, tonfa and sabre...
- The essence of ancient martial arts : The Yi-King Do style draws its essence from ancient martial arts and adapts its foot, fist and weapon techniques to modern European body shapes.
- Physical and mental impact: The practice of Yi-King Do acts on both the physical and mental conditions of the practitioner. The physical work frees the body from its constraints, while the mental work reinforces inner strength and self-confidence.
